When you open the door, you feel relieved in a bright atmosphere wrapped in steam. It's convenient to quickly place an order with a meal ticket, and the food comes out fast, which is appreciated. The noodles have a gentle aroma of wheat and are pleasantly chewy, making them easy to slurp. The miso stew with offal in a clay pot is rich in fragrance, and while it is thick, it is not overwhelming, allowing the ingredients to blend well. The tempura served on top is lightly fried and pairs very well with the noodles. It's also fun to add self-service tea and tempura scraps, and watching the takeout products from the noodle shop lined up is exciting.
