Located on the B2F of Shibuya Hikarie, Osu Yaginza is a specialty store worth visiting for its fruit vinegars. Alongside unique fermented beverages, the subtly tangy rare cheese soft serve tantalizes the adult palate. The friendly service is also appealing, and each visit brings fresh discoveries. This is a shop inside Hikarie where various fruit vinegars are lined up. You can taste different flavors, and it's fun to choose ones that smell good and aren't too sour. I'm happy to enjoy drinks made with fruit vinegars and soft serve ice cream with vinegar at the seats inside the store. When you have it sparkling or warm, the aroma spreads gently, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The staff's service is soft, and their smiling guidance is also impressive. It can also be used at home by drizzling it over yogurt, so the range of uses is broad and exciting.
