The interior of the restaurant, with its counter and tables, is new and clean, making you feel at ease the moment you sit down. The cheerful staff welcomes you, lifting your spirits from the very first drink. The small kimchi hot pot contains large oysters and pork, warming you to the core. A variety of gentle-tasting small dishes, such as homemade pumpkin stew and lotus root kinpira, are served, making you want to keep drinking. The tempura of new burdock and rapeseed flowers, which have the scent of spring, is light and crispy, spreading the essence of the season in your mouth. There is also a set for comparing local sake, making it a cozy place where you can relax and try various options.
