The atmosphere is like a hideaway, and the central grill is illuminated, creating an exciting ambiance. The owner's grilling skills are impressive, and it's reassuring that all the grilling is done in-house. You can taste various cuts like tenderloin, tripe, lamp, and ichibo in small portions, clearly distinguishing the different textures. The meat is finished rare, bringing out its flavor, and if you express your preferences, they will adjust the cooking level accordingly. There are also vegetables, soup, stew, mixed rice, and even dishes like shrimp tartar, so you won't get bored until the end. It's quiet and comfortable, and the staff's service is pleasant, allowing you to enjoy the meat leisurely while engaging in conversation.
