It is a long-established shop with a warm atmosphere. The grilled jaw fish has a wonderful aroma, and you can feel that each piece is carefully grilled. I heard they only use domestically sourced fish, and you can genuinely taste the umami of the fish. The ingredients are simple, without any unnecessary flavors, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The texture is chewy, yet the taste is gentle and never gets tiresome. The fish cakes are also fragrant, and I enjoyed the differences between each one.
