The soba noodles are beppin-san, finely ground and thin at nihachi, and have a slippery texture. The duck dipping sauce was a little cloudy and had a nice Kawachi duck yuzu flavor. When I ordered the tempura bowl and soba set, I was able to enjoy separate kakesoba and tempura, and I especially liked the nori-ten. It was a great experience and suited my tastes in many ways. I will be back and next time I would like to order the yamato imo-don.
