You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a calm atmosphere. The dishes are based on Japanese cuisine but have a twist, with surprises in every plate. In particular, the crispy tataki fried chicken and the fragrant grilled rice balls were irresistible. The pumpkin served as an appetizer, prepared in a jelly style, had a gentle sweetness that lifted my spirits from the start. The beautiful presentation allowed for enjoyment both visually and in taste, which was delightful. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the couple, I felt very comfortable even as a first-time visitor.
