This shop, located in a quiet street, offers a calm atmosphere. The interior is neat, and the bright wooden L-shaped counter feels pleasant. The sushi pieces are small and easy to eat, with a mild acidity in the vinegared rice that creates a good balance. The ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. The oyster gratin, mackerel, stews, and grilled dishes were all very delicious. You can casually order your favorites, and the conversation with the chef is enjoyable.
