One of Japan's three major udon dishes, a specialty of Goto in Nagasaki. Made with camellia oil unique to Goto, it features thin noodles with a strong chewiness. Served in a dipping noodle style with a special flying fish broth.
A simple salt yakisoba, a specialty of Hotaru Chaya and our original dish. It is not only popular as a main dish but also highly praised as a snack to accompany drinks! There are fans who order it every time.
