Today's coffee: ☕️¥-500 HONDURAS Mario Moreno Mario Moreno (apple, red berry, chocolate) As I wrote in my last post, there are 4 kinds of shallow roasted coffees The coffee of the day was Mario Moreno: ☕️ I've never heard of it, and if I came to a specialty coffee shop, I'd rather have a drip coffee than a café mocha or something 🤔. I looked up the coffee and found that it has a pleasant sweetness like biting into a chocolate with apple and red berry flavors 🤔. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< <感想>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> It's almost black, slightly bitter, and I think there was definitely a bit of sweetness as it went down my throat! It's very nice to the touch, smooth and silky, like you can't drink black yet, but you like it if it's a low-sugar coffee. If you like coffee with a bit of bitterness, you'll like this. 🙋‍♂️ I don't know if it's shallow roasted or deep roasted.
