Using house-made noodles expertly kneaded by artisans and a special curry roux simmered with spices and onions, it delivers a rich flavor. The stylish diner-like interior allows guests to enjoy a wide variety of dishes, including the curry udon, making it a place you’ll want to return to time and again.

[Reservations Required] Curry Stewed Udon Noodle Souvenir ◆The roux cooked with onions and carefully selected spices that go well with Japanese-style broth.
In 2013, Yamamoto-ya Honten launched Shachi-ichi, a restaurant specializing in curry-nikkomi udon. Raw noodles and broth similar to miso nikkomi udon are simmered together with a special curry roux, This is a new type of curry udon. The spices that go well with the Japanese broth are carefully selected, and the curry roux, cooked slowly with onions, is a source of pride.
