Each kushi katsu, with its thin batter that enhances the flavor of the ingredients, is exceptional, and they pair especially well with curry salt. I had been curious about this store for a while and since it had just opened and there were few customers, it was easy to enter, so I came in to give it a try. The service was courteous and very good. I did not have high expectations for the taste, but I was excited when the food was brought to me and I was given a description of it. The kushikatsu is not as rich as the ones in Shinsekai, but it is elegant and very tasty. There are a variety of flavors on the menu, so you will never get bored. The shrimp were perfectly fried, soft and plump, and the flesh was translucent. It was the most delicious.
