In a small shop at the end of the shopping street, a green sign catches the eye. Inside, there is a counter and a tatami room, bustling with locals, creating a cozy atmosphere. The sashimi, grilled dishes, and fried items are all crafted with care, and the soup has a comforting flavor. The nigiri features slightly sweet vinegared rice that enhances the toppings, and the shellfish, kelp-wrapped, and seared pieces are all very delicious. In particular, the sea urchin, medium fatty tuna, and sweet shrimp are fresh and have excellent fat content. This traditional shop showcases the skills of the second generation, and it's also nice that bringing your own drinks is allowed.
