There are jars and stews made with beef tongue, and just looking at them is exciting. In particular, the beef tongue Sendai chili oil is packed with ingredients and has a mild spiciness, making it a great snack on its own. The beef tongue Sendai olive chili oil has a pleasant aroma and gives an elegant impression. Sendai doben stew becomes richer and easier to eat when you add tofu and green onions and simmer it. When warmed, the beef tongue shigure releases a wonderful aroma, making it perfect for rice or as ochazuke (rice with tea). The paper sleeve packaging makes it easy to take home, and it's a great souvenir.
