This is a rare restaurant in Tsukishima where you can enjoy hearty grilled offal. The skewers are larger than usual, and the grilled meat such as pork cheek, cartilage, and liver are flavorful and satisfying. The offal stew with tofu has a straightforward taste that makes you want to keep eating. The homemade potato salad, chicken skin with ponzu sauce, and homemade pickled vegetables are perfect snacks. You can mix shochu with Hoppy and enjoy a leisurely conversation. With the lanterns as a landmark, the atmosphere feels like a downtown area, making it comfortable and easy to linger.
