A traditional house-style restaurant where you can savor handmade soba

Tennei is a cozy establishment that offers homemade, hand-pulled soba in a warm, home-like atmosphere. The hand-made zaru soba has a delightful texture and rich aroma. It pairs perfectly with the kombu dashi dipping sauce, and the light soba broth is exquisite. Despite its location in a tourist area, the restaurant's commitment to using local ingredients gives it a charming, rustic flavor.

As you enter through a home-like entrance, you find a relaxing atmosphere in a tatami room. They grow their own buckwheat and hand-make the noodles from the flour ground in the shop, which releases a delightful aroma. The cool noodles slide smoothly down the throat, making them very easy to eat. The dipping sauce has a rich kombu broth flavor, and the saltiness is gently balanced. The soba broth served after the meal is hot but not heavy, allowing you to enjoy it until the end. The unique thickness of the hand-made noodles adds to the enjoyment, and I finished my meal feeling very satisfied.
