Karu-Yu, the roll The last restaurant of the Shinsekai tour My stomach was in pain, but my friend took me to Sahei because she thought it was a very interesting place! The interior of the restaurant is just like an old popular sushi restaurant. The owner has a homey and relaxed atmosphere, which is very comforting. Now, I ordered the Anonemaki for 550 yen! Anone? It's a sushi with a strange name! Hei! Wait! Hmm? What's that? This sushi roll has no sushi rice, just ingredients. That's right! The specialties here are "Anona-maki" and "Anone-maki"! Anonemaki is sushi roll without vinegared rice, and Anonemaki is Anona plus herring roe. Since it's just the ingredients, it will probably fall apart when you eat it, right? I thought it would fall apart, but it was rolled so well that it didn't fall apart! I wondered if the lack of vinegared rice was strange. I thought so, but But on the contrary, the lack of sushi rice makes it light and easy to eat. Then, my friend also ordered the handmade sea chicken roll for 150 yen! It was a small size and I took it in one bite! It was so much lighter than the store-bought ones, and the aroma of sesame oil was so refreshing! My stomach is already full and I'm ready to feast! After touring around Shinsekai, I found that it has a unique atmosphere... But it's not as scary as it used to be. It doesn't have the scary image like it used to have.
