The restaurant uses carefully selected ingredients from the seas around Nagasaki and ingredients gathered from all over Japan. The rice is prepared in an iron rice kettle for each reservation, and the chefs' techniques maximize the flavors of the ingredients, giving the sushi a unique taste that cannot be found anywhere else. The fresh seafood from the waters around Kyushu and seasonal ingredients are used to create sushi with a balance of temperature, aroma, and melt-in-your-mouth characteristics.

The interior of the restaurant was designed by an architect from Iki, with an impressive one-piece wooden counter and ceramic vessels made by a ceramic artist. This sophisticated space offers a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is available by reservation only and offers a sincere hospitality.

The owner opened this restaurant in Shikanbashi after training in Tokyo, the home of sushi. He continues to serve the best of traditional Edo-mae sushi in Nagasaki. You can enjoy the best sushi in a one-of-a-kind space designed with the owner's passion and created with the skill of a craftsman.
