The dishes seem to be handled by the master alone, but they are being prepared one after another. Since I was alone, it was a fun time watching it all from the counter. Every meal was delicious, but since I was here, I carefully selected the restaurant's originals. The grilled chicken meatballs were delicious, and the eggplant and scallop dengaku were tasty, but the scallop might have been overshadowed by the other flavors. The grilled black cod, when eaten with the kelp tsukudani served alongside, had an outstanding umami and saltiness. I want to visit this restaurant again!

Today I was looking for a quick drink at Kofu Station and found this restaurant, so I used it. I was a bit excited because the menu lineup was mainly fresh fish from Yamanashi Prefecture, so I ordered sashimi, grilled fish, and tempura. Sake and wine from Yamanashi Prefecture were chosen to enjoy with the dishes. The dishes were well presented and appetizing. The tableware was also very well shaped, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

Sea bream on a board An amazing restaurant in Kofu! As the name suggests, everything is delicious, from the sea bream to the sashimi of swordfish in the photo, and the kakiage dashi chazuke (fried fish in broth) at the end of the meal! I recommend this place! I highly recommend it!
