It's a small shop with only counter seats, and the Japanese music creates a comfortable atmosphere. It's fun to have the meat you select from the showcase grilled on a hot plate. The seared Ishigaki beef nigiri has a perfect saltiness, allowing you to taste its umami as is. The beef tongue nigiri offers a choice of flavors: salt, wasabi, or yuzu pepper, and the aroma of the meat spreads as you chew. The thick-cut salted tongue is elastic and juicy, finished off refreshingly with yuzu pepper or lemon. The staff's service is pleasant, and every dish conveys the sweetness of the meat, leaving me satisfied.
