As I climbed the stairs and took off my shoes at the entrance, a calming space unfolded, as if I had been invited to a friend's house. There is a spacious tatami room and a counter, where I could hear light conversations between regulars and the couple, which was heartwarming. The menu offers two types: thin noodles and country-style noodles, and I was happy to choose based on my mood that day. When I ordered the thin noodles, they were served chilled and had an excellent texture. The dipping sauce was slightly sweet, pairing well with duck and yam, keeping it interesting until the end. Thanks to the aroma of the handmade noodles and the heartfelt service, both my stomach and my spirit were satisfied.
