The atmosphere is subdued and calming upon entering. The 100% buckwheat soba made with underground water has a rich aroma and can be slurped pleasantly. The dipping sauce is flavorful and sharp, and the addition of wasabi, spicy daikon, and chopped green onions makes for an enjoyable variation in taste. Following the style of San'iri, adding the spicy daikon to the dipping sauce tightens the flavor and makes it even more delicious. The steamed soba, which replicates traditional methods, has a wonderful aroma when steamed, and its sweetness is enhanced simply with salt. The tempura is light and crispy, allowing you to fully enjoy the soba alongside a delightful assortment of mountain delicacies.
