This is a shop with an easy-going atmosphere near the station. There is a counter with a row of menu items on strips of paper, creating a lively and exciting vibe. The sashimi platter is fresh, making the first drink go down smoothly. The draft beer has a smooth foam and feels great going down. The marinated baby sardines, tempura of whiting, and fried nebuto have a light flavor that makes them easy to eat. To finish, I enjoyed rice infused with the umami of sea bream, allowing me to fully appreciate the essence of Setouchi.
