Best-selling Nebuto (Red Sea Bream) is a local fish from the Setouchi region. We deep-fried the whole small fish, about the size of a thumb. It's perfect as a snack with alcohol.
Fukuyama's Chinese yam accounts for 80% of the total production in Japan and is a local specialty. The crispy deep-fried yam is irresistibly delicious.
