It has a nostalgic atmosphere where you can enjoy sushi in a relaxed manner. At the counter, the chef engages in light conversation while preparing the sushi, creating a comfortable environment. The ingredients are thick, and the balance of flavor in the rice is just right, making everything delicious. Not only can you enjoy nigiri, but also pressed and rolled sushi, providing a sense of satisfaction. The live shrimp, sea urchin, salmon roe, and fatty tuna are impressive, and the red miso soup with eel is rich in flavor. The exterior has the appearance of a typical town sushi restaurant, while the interior is cleaner and more calming than expected.
