I visited with a friend by taxi, and the restaurant was full and lively. The sushi I saw over the counter was all creatively presented, and just looking at it made me excited. The toppings like tiger pufferfish, black throat sea perch, and fatty tuna were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and made me very happy. The unexpected combinations, such as the Spanish mackerel with cherry blossom powder and plum paste, and the simmered eel with white truffle salt, were exquisite. The pace of service was good, allowing us to relax and savor the food. The fusion of Edo-style techniques and creative ideas in the sushi kept me smiling until the very end.
