The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki cooked by the owner from Spain is very meticulous, and just watching it on the griddle is exciting. The contrast between the crispy batter that appears the moment it is flipped and the fluffy cabbage is the best. The Mediterranean-style version with squid tempura and aioli sauce is rich in aroma, and the sauce and ingredients come together in your mouth. The medium-thick udon noodles are chewy, and you can enjoy them with the flavor of the meat without getting bored until the end. The owner is friendly and chats cheerfully while cooking, making it comfortable even for solo diners. If you're looking for okonomiyaki that adds originality to the Hiroshima classic, this place is definitely recommended.
