This is a simple soba restaurant I found in a back alley in Iidabashi. The noodles have just the right amount of chewiness, and the aroma spreads gently. The dipping sauce has a slightly sweet, rich Tokyo-style flavor, and when you dip just a little, the umami is enhanced. The tempura rice bowl is loaded with shrimp and vegetables, and the crispy batter is quite enjoyable. The pork cutlet rice bowl also has a perfect balance of broth, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. The interior of the restaurant is quiet and well-organized, and there is a wide variety of set menus to satisfy customers.
