I had been wanting to go for a while, but the timing wasn't quite right and today was the day. I was also pleased with the Banana Kesari. There were many items on the menu that caught my attention and I would like to go back again!

The pasta with firefly squid and shrimp is served with a heaping pile of salmon roe, and the crabmeat is shaved right in front of you until you say "stop.
The mille-feuille of salmon roe, tobiko, and fake caviar was a delight.
The sparkling sparkling sake was also on parade, as were the herring roe, cod roe, and Japanese parsley.
Fresh pasta is also available, but we recommend the dried noodles except for the cream sauce.
If you like fish and roe, it is worth a visit!

The taste was of course very delicious, and they provided accurate advice on how to choose the menu, making sure it was easy for three people to share. It's a recommended place before a concert.
A sincere attitude towards cooking, creativity, the atmosphere of the restaurant (the type of customers and the size of the establishment), and the prices... I want this place to stay just as it is, but will it step up? I'm cheering for you!!!

In a clean interior with a counter and tables, you can sit back and enjoy the aroma of charcoal. The offal is all incredibly fresh and carefully prepared, so there are no unpleasant smells, and the texture is firm and bouncy. It is already lightly seasoned, and just grilling the surface enhances the natural flavor of the meat. The juiciness of the grilled green onion tongue and the savory sweetness of the green onions are a perfect match, bringing a smile with every bite. The liver and the centermost part of the stomach are also melt-in-your-mouth tender, making it hard to stop eating. The friendly staff teaches you the tips for grilling, so even as a first-timer, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind.
The lobster pasta was especially good.
Some of the soup pairings were tasty, but I didn't really understand some of them.
More importantly, I forgot to drink the soup.
The wine pairing was small, but overall it was to my liking and I personally appreciated it!
