Not only can you enjoy various types of sushi, but you can also savor a variety of appetizers. The freshly fried tempura has a crispy batter and a delightful aroma that brings happiness. The simmered dishes and chawanmushi have a rich dashi flavor, providing a comforting taste. The red meat has just the right amount of fat, and the squid is tender and very delicious. There is a wide selection of local sake, and the grilled anago (conger eel) is prepared by steaming it first before grilling, and you can also enjoy shako (mantis shrimp). The interior is adorned with handprints of sumo wrestlers, allowing you to enjoy a traditional atmosphere.
