The restaurant features nigirizushi and kappo cuisine that incorporate sushi rice made with Koshihikari produced in Kishimadaira and fresh fish from Shinshu. The impressive white-walled building is based on the image of a traditional Japanese storehouse, creating a refined space with a Japanese flavor. The restaurant has a wide range of seating arrangements, from counter seating to private rooms, and is suitable for a variety of uses, from family dining to business entertainment and banquets.

The restaurant opened on April 1, 2012 in the east exit area of Nagano Station in a three-story configuration with floor space of 150 tsubo. Taking advantage of the convenience of the station location, the store started as a base for expanding the sushi brand throughout the city. The operating parent company, which has a history of more than 50 years in Nagano Prefecture, is developing this store in a new location.
