The refreshing salmon marinade is perfect to start with. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from bagna càuda and skewers to offal, all with careful flavors. The melt-in-your-mouth beef tongue, beef stew, and beef croquettes are also highly satisfying. The boiled dumplings come in a rich and spicy soup, and adding ramen at the end is the best. The set of chicken paitan ramen and fried chicken is well-balanced, creating a sense of connection with the same soup. You can relax in a private room, and the drinks, including sparkling, highballs, and lemon sours, pair perfectly.
