Located on the second floor of a bustling street building, the small entrance feels a bit like a secret base. When you sit at the counter, the chef in a white shirt quietly prepares your meal, and you can tell he is a gentle person when you talk to him. Enjoying drinks with dishes like tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and salted fish while waiting for the sushi is a pleasure in itself. The sushi has a modest amount of rice, and the toppings are fresh and vibrant, especially the white fish and medium fatty tuna, which were impressively fragrant. There is also a rich variety of a la carte items like grilled fish and mentaiko rolls, ensuring that you won't get bored until the end. On the way out, I saw a regular customer carrying a takeout box, which warmed my heart.
