At a shop I found in a back alley, you can enjoy thick slices of pork belly sizzling on the grill. It's an all-you-can-eat option with plenty of vegetables, making it healthy. When you wrap garlic and miso in a leaf, the aroma spreads and it's the best. The crispy chijimi is delicious even on its own. The handmade kimchi and namul have a gentle flavor that makes it hard to stop eating. When the meat runs out, they grill more right away, allowing you to enjoy it hot.
