The wooden counter is beautiful, and just sitting there lifts my spirits. The dishes are served as a course, and the flow incorporates the essence of various countries in a delightful way. The clear soup combines several types of chicken and duck, and I was surprised by the overlapping aromas. The moist, aged meat appetizer and the light lasagna also left a strong impression. The Ezo deer, with its subtle scent of charcoal, is perfectly cooked, allowing the umami to be fully appreciated. Each dish tells a story, and the staff's response is gentle, making it an exciting and enjoyable experience until the very end.
