The restaurant is located along a quiet street in Ryogoku and welcomes you with a calm atmosphere. The seating is divided into elegant Japanese spaces, so when you take off your shoes and stretch your legs, you feel relaxed. The first dish that came out was a small bowl of kelp-marinated white fish and yam sea urchin, which was full of umami and made it hard to stop eating. The next dish, the bonito sashimi, paired perfectly with finely chopped green onions and a vinegar sauce, and the lightly grilled aroma was irresistible. The main dish, soy sauce-flavored chanko, had a deep flavor from the kombu and chicken broth, and it was a luxurious bowl with high-quality chicken and matsutake mushrooms. The staff in kimono take care of the hot pot, allowing you to simply enjoy the meal and feel happy.
