During the day, there are ramen and set meals that can be enjoyed casually. The beef salt ramen pairs well with the clear broth and thin curly noodles, and the low-temperature cooked beef shoulder chashu, boiled egg, and two types of green onions create a harmonious experience. The fried mackerel is thick and fluffy, and the fried chicken also provides a satisfying experience. With small side dishes, pickles, and miso soup all included, the overall balance is very good. In the evening, you can choose and savor sake and wine little by little, allowing for a relaxed tasting experience. There is also a wide variety of snacks, and it's delightful that you can enjoy the ingredients you bring in by ordering just one dish.
