Since it is located inside the station, it's easy to pop in. It has an open feel, and there are counter seats where you can enjoy your time even alone. The rice flour batter is light and crispy, allowing you to eat without feeling heavy. Local ingredients like snow country maitake mushrooms, black throat sea perch with sea salt, and pork shiso mille-feuille are all available, which is exciting. The skewers of sasa dango are served hot with a gooey filling that brings a smile to your face with their deliciousness. You can order via your smartphone using the QR code on the table, and there are dedicated sauce containers, making it perfect for a quick drink.
