The interior is primarily white, making it very clean and pleasant. It has a cozy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy at the counter or at tables. The vegetable tempura has a light and thin batter, and the seasonal flavors of ingredients like fuki no tou, udo, and yam are delightful. Tempura dipping sauce and salt are provided, allowing for a preferred way of eating. The broth, infused with the umami of herring and the fragrance of yuzu, is refreshing, and adding soba water makes it delicious until the very end. The freshly made tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and grilled kamaboko (fish cake) are also tasty, allowing for a leisurely time.
