The interior has the warmth of wood, making it quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate the thoughtful touches of tea and wet towels. The hand-made soba has a rich aroma, is well-chilled, has a nice elasticity, and goes down smoothly. The duck dipping sauce has a clear umami flavor and pairs excellently with the soba. The sesame dipping soba includes greens and seaweed, offering a delightful combination of nuttiness and freshness. The tomato dipping soba and the small chicken rice bowl also provide a sense of satisfaction, and I finished with the creamy soba broth.
