The small shop with only a counter is enjoyable as you can leisurely watch the cooking process. The mixed okonomiyaki I ordered was packed with pork, squid, and shrimp, making it very satisfying to eat. The surface was nicely browned, while the inside was fluffy, and the aroma rising from the griddle brought a smile to my face. The crunchiness of the ingredients and the sweetness of the sauce were a perfect match, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. Adding the green onion mayo topping enhanced the richness and allowed me to enjoy a change in flavor. It's a perfect place to savor on a day when you're in the mood for flour-based dishes, as you can enjoy it while listening to nostalgic music.
