Sitting around the teppan, having it cooked right in front of you is the best. The okonomiyaki has the cabbage well steamed, and the noodles are freshly boiled and grilled to a fragrant finish, which was very satisfying. You can eat it directly from the teppan while cutting it into small pieces with a spatula, enjoying it piping hot. The combination of yam, cheese, and mentaiko, as well as the konnyaku steak, have great texture and are delicious. Even for first-timers, they kindly teach you how to order and eat, so it's reassuring. The interactions between regulars and the staff are also friendly, making it a comfortable place.
