Yanaka's two-faced store like this @ Yanaka Matsuzushi. A sushi restaurant open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays🍣 The owner is a two-faced player who is usually a cookery researcher as well. The ingredients and the meticulous work continue to evolve every time I visit. The tuna landed in Yamagata and the salmon marinated in Toki Salmon were especially good that day. It was truly a strong style. The price is reasonable too, just a little over 5,000 yen for a lunch course 🤩 Reservations are so popular that there is a 3 month wait for them. Don't hesitate to go, you'll understand 👍✨💕. I'm sure you'll love it. I'm sure you'll love it. ✨💕.

This is the place to experience strong style sushi in Yanaka @ Yanaka Matsu Sushi. Established over 80 years ago, it is the oldest sushi restaurant in Yanaka. The current owner is Yasuyuki Nomoto, a food coordinator & cook who is active on TV and in magazines. On weekends, he transforms into a sushi bar owner. In pro-wrestling terms, he is Keiji Mutoh and the Great Muta, playing two roles at once. From the moment you enter the restaurant, you can feel the atmosphere of a man who is ready to kill ⁉️. The nigiri and snacks are delicious and the chef's ingenuity is evident in every detail. The owner is actually a big fan of pro-wrestling and martial arts. Marudon is also a fan of pro-wrestling, so we were very happy to see him. He and the general seem to share the same passion for watching wrestling, so when the topic of wrestling comes up, SS's machine gun talk bursts into laughter. The way he poses is reminiscent of the pro wrestling promotional photos from the Showa and early Heisei eras. It's just like a strong style lol. I am really looking forward to the next episode 🔥. This is the place to pick up the best Tokyo Mae Sushi at ease @ Yanaka. Matsuzushi. Established 80 years ago. A long-established sushi restaurant in Yanaka area. Open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The young third-generation owner, who is also active as a cookery researcher, has a great sense of taste, not only in the quality of the ingredients, but also in the ingenuity of the snacks and nigiri. The warm and unpretentious customer service and the easy price range (under 10,000 yen), which can be said to be a good point of Machizushi, are also excellent 😆✨ Recently, the prices of Machizushi have become as high as those of high-end restaurants, and some restaurants have become more difficult to get into, but looking at Matsuzushi, it is no wonder why it has been loved by the locals for so long 😌.
