Pyeongnam Noodles

Pyongyang Noodle is a Pyongyang noodle shop with a 4th generation owner and a history of 68 years. It is known as the best holy land of Pyongyang north of the Han River. The soup has a slightly higher proportion of dongchimi, giving it a unique flavor. The combination of cold noodles and broth seasoning creates a unique umami taste. The pork is roughly sliced, flavorful, without any impurities, and fragrant. In addition, the onban soup is a healthy soup with a mild taste, reminiscent of the Heian-do style. The menu includes Pyongyang noodles and watercress. The watercress is served with the dongchimi soup and goes well with the side dishes of dongchimi radish and kimchi.
