I was recommended to visit this shop by a friend, and I was delighted to be enveloped in a gentle atmosphere the moment I walked in. The cleanliness that extends to every corner and the seasonal flower arrangements create a relaxing space. The vegetable tart served as an appetizer was colorful and looked almost like a dessert, which made me smile. The signature plum-flavored hot pot, made with Kishu plums blended into the broth, becomes refreshing yet rich in flavor when Satsuma pork and freshly harvested vegetables are added. As I enjoyed the ingredients while breaking apart the plum fruit, I couldn't stop, and when I added thin udon noodles at the end, I was able to savor every bit of the broth. Thanks to the attentive staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a delicious time throughout my visit.
