Next time I want to try adult shaved ice! I saw your friend posted some delicious looking adult shaved ice on FB and I want to go there so bad! I commented on it, and she planned a girls' night out! The place is a short 10 minute walk from Umeda station! Near Doyama-cho, beyond the Higashidori shopping street. The store is at the top of the narrow stairs. Inside the restaurant, there is a horizontal counter and sofa seats on the far right. Four of us had made reservations in advance, so we went to the sofa. We had ordered the girls' course, so we were really looking forward to it! This restaurant is famous for their mixology cocktails, but what I've been seeing in the media lately is shaved ice for adults! I'm excited to have some after dinner! First, I chose the melon cocktail as my toast drink! The melon still has a bit of a greenish taste, but it is fresh and sweet and delicious! The cocktail glass is so tall that I almost knocked it over a few times... Today's appetizer... I forgot what I had... >< Instant smoked caprese! Mozzarella, tomatoes and cherry chips are smoked and covered with a lid! Since it is made of glass, the smoke gradually becomes thicker and more exciting! When the smoke fills the glass, open the lid! The aroma spreads throughout the restaurant! The plump mozzarella and fresh tomatoes are delicious on their own, but the smoky aroma of the mozzarella and tomatoes is what makes it so special. The aroma of the smoky flavor is so good, you can't help but smell it through your nose! Vegetable ajillo A shichirin (a charcoal stove) is placed on top of which is a vegetable ajillo! It looks delicious on its own, but it is finished with cheese roasted on a burner and sprinkled with salted kelp! It's so good, you can eat it while dipping it in the cheese! The flavor is so well seasoned that I never get tired of it! The best part of ahi jio is dipping the bread in the oil and eating it with the bread on top! I couldn't stop! Three kinds of grilled vegetables Grilling these too on a shichirin! It took a while to cook, but it was done! Onions roasted with foil were delicious because they left a nice texture! Rice cooked with vegetables The rice was quite soft, but we had to finish with rice! The takikomi gohan is also vegetables! Is the seasoning simple? But the seasoning is surprisingly strong! Is it too salty? It was a little spicy at the end... Vegetable Hourakuyaki Sprinkled with sake and done! It was also very strong and salty... The last two spicy dishes in a row were a bit tough! Anno sweet potato and vanilla ice cream with a hint of Hibiki Warm Anno sweet potato and vanilla ice cream with a nice aroma of Hibiki sprinkled on top! Cold and hot sweets make your mouth happy The sweetness of the sweet potato and vanilla ice cream was not too strong, so I could enjoy the sweet potato and vanilla ice cream without feeling bloated. The shaved ice for adults! A wine glass filled with ice and topped with cotton candy! But ！！！！ The cotton candy machine was not working well, so we had to cancel the event! I was looking forward to this so much... I'm so shocked! It can't be helped that the machine was in a bad mood. I thought that the vegetable course was not enough for a meat lover. I thought it might not be enough for a meat lover. But it was not lacking! The only regret is that the last two dishes were too rich! I will come back for revenge! Move in a good mood then~!
