Great revival! Wagyu hamburger steak at Kuroge Shichirin! It's back! The long-awaited revival! Kuroge Shichirin's hamburger steak and menchikatsu! It's good, it's good, it's good! It's really good! The meat quality is better than before! A5 rank female Kuroge Wagyu beef! BMS12 is used! It's great! The breading of the menchikatsu is different from the previous one, but it's delicious. I hope the crispy ones will come back soon! The interior design is just as cute as before! It's far from my office in Ebisu and Shibuya, but it's just a short walk from the new south exit of Shibuya! I'm going to keep coming back! They also offer lunch on an irregular basis. I'm looking forward to it!

That "Kuroge Shichirin" is back after a two and a half year absence! In the Kuroge era, they used meat from "Charcoal Grill Yakiniku Nakahara" in Ichigaya, but this time they procured the highest grade meat (BMS 11-12) from among A5 grade Kuroge Wagyu beef from "Honmakutei" located right next to Nagahara Station on the Ikegami Line. ● Hamburger steak lunch (image 1, 1100 yen) topped with menchikatsu (+300 yen) The rich but light demi-glace sauce is still as thick as it was back then, and the finely ground meat is full of juices and the harmony with the sauce is too good to be true. You can eat as many hamburgers as you like. The menchi-katsu, called "bomb menchi-katsu," has a crispy batter and is very juicy inside. It is good with the special sauce or with a little leftover hamburger sauce. Tang Stew (Image 2, back menu) They serve it only on rare occasions when it is in stock. As one would expect from a restaurant that purchases its meat from a barbecue restaurant, the quality of the tongue is unparalleled. It is a gem with just the right amount of tang's unique touch and flavor. Tongue stew is one of my favorites and I have had it at many restaurants, but this is one of the best! To find the restaurant, walk along Meiji-dori from Shibuya Station and turn at "Hanamaru Udon". It is a little hard to find since it is underground, but there is a sign so you can't miss it. There is a counter and tables inside the restaurant, but I think it will be packed with about 10 people, so come before it becomes a popular restaurant! I think it is better to make a reservation or call in advance before visiting (^o^)
