When you take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside, you find a calm space with a high ceiling, a sunken kotatsu counter, and a tatami room. The small side dishes arranged on the tray are beautifully colored, pleasing to the eye. Each dish showcases skilled craftsmanship, and the grilled daikon, steamed scallop with egg, and tempura of potato leaves particularly stood out to me. The meal also includes millet rice, salmon miso soup, and pickles, which make for a perfect combination. Although the portions are bite-sized, by the time you finish eating, you feel thoroughly satisfied. The hospitality is warm, and the careful presentation is evident, making the dessert enjoyable as well.
