In a cozy interior centered around the counter, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. You can see the frying and grilling happening right in front of you, which lifts your spirits. The miso katsu features thick, juicy pork cutlets that are freshly fried, and the rich miso sauce pairs perfectly with white rice. The fish fry, including salmon and white fish, is crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The cabbage, small side dishes, dried daikon, and miso soup with clam broth are all prepared with care, providing a sense of satisfaction. The dried fish and side dishes are also substantial, and I was charmed by the aroma of the black rockfish dried overnight and the miso steak.
