Both the service and the food were very enjoyable. I also received a farewell. Although I was at the counter, they promptly cleared away empty plates, and I was able to eat without leaving any food behind, which allowed me to eat while it was still warm. The grilled dishes, both chicken and eel, were cooked over charcoal, with the skin perfectly crispy and the meat tender and delicious. I can't continue with the details, but the drinks, food, and conversation were fun. As a mistake on my part, I mismanaged the timing for the rice; I will be more careful next time (laughs).

Everything I ordered was delicious. Sitting at the counter, I could see all the cooking right in front of me, and I enjoyed delicious food and drinks while also enjoying that experience. I visited on my wife's birthday, and the staff kindly gave us a dessert as a gift. It was delicious too! Before leaving, I made a reservation for my next visit. Next time, I will focus on the dishes I didn't order this time. I am looking forward to it. Thank you for the meal.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I felt a dignified cleanliness and warm atmosphere, and I was excited about what kind of dishes I would be able to enjoy. I had a lot, including garlic chives ohitashi, dashimaki tamago, toro-taku, and grilled chicken, all beautifully presented, and I was moved by the gentle and elegant seasoning. I will definitely repeat this visit.

About an hour and twenty minutes after entering, I was told, 'Since you have time, please order if you still want to eat.' Huh? I didn't hear anything about a two-hour limit (this is also the fault of the reservation system), but being an adult, I didn't complain and ordered three more dishes. I wanted to eat some rice at the end, but it was hectic, so I gave up. However, perhaps because there were empty seats, I wasn't told to leave even after two hours or two and a half hours. The entire timing of the meal was completely disrupted. Since it was a business meeting, I apologized to my guest and went to another place to satisfy my hunger. The restaurant is still relatively new, but it is true that some dishes had a surprising flavor. That said, it is not a place I would go to knowing such shortcomings, as it is not overall a delicious restaurant.
